GOLF FOR SUSAN

Hello all, 

It's time to sign up for the 5th annual Golf For Hope golf outing to raise funds and awareness in the fight to end Alzheimers. With the help of so many last year we were the largest "Longest Day" fund raiser in Illinois and in fact as of today we were ranked number 3 nationwide. Wow!! The final tally ended up to be $73,000 which was way beyond my wildest dreams when I started all this a few years ago. Thank you does not seem enough to say, especially to my family, my long time friends and my extended family at Boulder Ridge CC. Below you will find links to the forms to sign up to play in this year's event as well as sponsorship opportunities. Thank you all again for your continued support in this effort. If you have been fortunate to not have been directly affected in your circle of family or friends by Alzheimers, I'm sure, unfortunately, you know of someone who has. I think it's fantastic that we can all have a fun day in the sun and raise some funds and awareness to help fight Alzheimers. Thank you with all my heart.
